Product Overview
‘Hempispheres’ is the fifth studio album by American metal band Sleep and released on September 3 2026. Celebrate this iconic album with a special Indie Exclusive Purple coloured vinyl!
As the genre-defying masters of stoner metal, the latest iteration of Sleep finds founding member and lead songwriter Al Cisneros newly partnered with the talent of Dale Crover (Melvins, Redd Kross) on drums and Bubba Dupree (Void) on guitar. Replacing overload with nuance and subtlety yet maintaining the interplay that made the band so special from the outset, the mix of doom and stoner metal that fans know and love is as strong as ever in Hempispheres.
With standout tracks like “Have Spacesuit Will Travel”, “The Morrisist” and “Hempispheres”, this is essential listening for fans of stoner metal.
If you love Electric Wizard, Acid King, or Bongzilla, you’ll love Sleep’s Hempispheres.
