The music is supervised and selected by Toru Hashimoto (SUBURBIA), who has produced many popular compilations such as “Free Soul”, “Cafe Apres-midi”, “Mellow Beats”, “Good Mellows”, “Jazz Supreme”, “Scenes with Music” and “Incense Music” series, “Chillout Breeze” is a compilation series of mellow and groovy music that will make you chill out and feel the comfortable breeze.
The first and second compilations, “Seaside Chillout Breeze” and “Sunset Chillout Breeze” are now available on CD, streaming, LP, and 7-inch single formats, and the third compilation, “Summer-drive Chillout Breeze,” which will be released on July 9, 2025, will be released on LP. The LP edition of “Breeze” will be released on August 8, 2025!
This title is a wonderful lifestyle compilation with a selection of the very best comfort music that will make you feel the pleasant breeze while driving in summer. Eight new cover songs were newly recorded for this compilation under the supervision of Toru Hashimoto. These include HAIM's “Summer Girl” by Hideki Kaji, Keiichi Sokabe's “That Summer Feeling” by Jonathan Richman & The Modern Lovers, Koop's “Summer Sun” by orange pekoe, and TAMTAM's “Love Is Stronger Than Pride” by Sade. Love Is Stronger Than Pride“ by TAMTAM, ”Cruisin'“ by Gota Nishidera from Smokey Robinson~D'Angelo, ”Rocksteady" by Remy Shand from lo-key design, haruka nakamura's Nick Holder “Summer Daze” (Pat Metheny Group “Slip Away” motif), and Shingo Sekiguchi's Ben Watt “North Marine Drive”. In addition, Toru Hashimoto selected songs by Chari Chari, Calm, and Yoshitaka Minami!
