Change Of Mind Returns
You can return unwanted purchases within 30 days of receipt if the item/s are unused unopened in original packaging with no damage. Online orders must be returned in the original record mailer.
If you would like an exchange, in store credit or an online coupon code will be issued for the full purchase amount excluding any shipping costs.
If you would like a refund a restocking fee of $15 or 10% of order value (whichever is greater) will occur. All associated Credit card or Paypal fees including the original purchase fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note, Credit card and Paypal fees are also applied to refunds.
Any refund will be provided using your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the item being returned.
Faulty or Damaged Products
