Product Overview
Coming 6 months after the release of their debut single "Escalator" (which BBC's Gilles Peterson called "a winner") is Resavoir's first full-length album. The self-titled collection is a juicy suite of elegantly-orchestrated lo-fi jazz instrumentals, recalling vintage mod soul like David Axelrod, Piero Umiliani, or Charles Stepney, but doing it like The Avalanches or MF Doom would do.. We think it's a perfect score for summer too, in infinitely loop-able format: 9 tracks running 30 minutes total, and the last track goes in to the first track swimmingly.
