Legendary Japanese–Australian punk trio Mach Pelican return with their first new release in nearly two decades — a brand-new 7-inch single featuring “Remember It?” (Side A) and “Summer Sun” (Side B), out January 30, 2026 on Cheersquad Records & Tapes.
The single will be released in three limited vinyl variants — translucent red, translucent blue and classic black — 100 copies each, plus a worldwide digital release.
Recorded by Paul Maybury (Rocket Science) at the renowned Secret Location Sound Recorders in Melbourne, the tracks capture everything fans love about Mach Pelican: high-speed energy, pop-soaked melodies, and those unmistakably catchy hooks. A perfect blend of nostalgia and fresh fire — proving the band is truly back.
To celebrate, Mach Pelican will host a Single Launch Party on Saturday, January 31 at The Last Chance Rock & Roll Bar, with special guests Loose Lips and Elvis II.
