Fifteen years ago Dad They Broke Me called it quits while, arguably, at the top of their game. No band has scratched the same itch in the passing years. Words like “crushing” and “brutal” are thrown about so flippantly but…it’s genuinely hard to properly communicate the sheer weight this band brought to a live show.
